Our company

Enpageo stands for energy concepts with participation and geodata and was founded in 2024 as a spin-off from the EnergyMap Berlin research project . We support you with your energy and heat transition challenges or municipal heat planning. To do this, we provide you with modern map-based solutions for building and energy data management as well as strategies for implementing our energy concepts and help you to efficiently and easily involve building owners, tenants and other stakeholders in processes. Climate protection is a matter close to our hearts.

Steffi Segbers

Managing Director and expert for district concepts and geoinformation systems

Steffi is the founder of Enpageo. She most recently worked in research. Prior to that, she managed projects in various engineering offices for the development of district concepts with a focus on renewable energies, in particular geothermal energy and waste heat utilisation. She studied renewable energies and planning sustainable buildings and is also a certified coordinator for BNB buildings and an energy efficiency expert for residential and non-residential buildings.

Stefan Hüther

Senior consultant for multivalent plant systems and building efficiency

Stefan is a TGA expert specialising in sustainable building planning.
He studied building energy and information technology as well as planning sustainable buildings and has experience in the project management of multivalent plant systems. His core topics are building simulation, geothermal solutions with the integration of passive cooling and meshed networks.

Jörg Zander

Consultant for sustainable municipal development

As a climate protection officer, Jörg Zander has extensive experience in the climate protection work of Berlin's districts.
He knows the challenges and room for manoeuvre of municipal administrations inside out and advises on practical solutions for local climate protection. With his knowledge, he supports Enpageo in implementing effective measures and involving citizens.

Aude Gignac

Consultant for visual communication

With a trained eye for visual communication, Aude develops creative content that inspires and convinces. She makes complex data and energy concepts visually accessible and develops targeted communication tools - from graphics to videos. The focus is always on clear, comprehensible communication for customers.

Russell Histon

Senior Consultant Renewable Energies

Russell is an electrical engineer and experienced project manager in the field of renewable energies. He has been involved in major projects for many years - from planning to implementation - and advises companies on strategic decisions. He also has extensive experience as a product owner in product development and systems engineering and has led large, interdisciplinary teams on several occasions. He combines his technical expertise with a clear eye for efficient solutions and sustainable developments.
